CYDIA Awards 2026: Effie Athanassiou Wins the Advocating Cyprus Award at the CYDIA Awards 2026

Cyprusays Founder & CEO Effie Athanassiou was named the 2026 CYDIA Awards winner for Advocating Cyprus, recognising individuals whose work promotes Cyprus and its culture on the international stage.

The awards were held on 9 May 2026 at the Parklane Resort & Spa in Limassol, bringing together members of the global Cypriot diaspora across business, culture, education, philanthropy and innovation. Effie was recognised alongside an international group of award recipients from Australia, Cyprus, the UK, USA, UAE and beyond.
